Terms and Conditions

All participants must be paid up for the relevant workshop before attendance

Participants are requested to attend the venue 15 minutes before the start time
Parental consent must be given as per the form for attending the relevant workshop
Participants must be respectful at all times in their interactions with their peers and staff members
No verbal, physical, or intimidation behaviour by participants, parents, coaches or mentors will not be tolerated
If this behaviour occurs, participants will be requested to leave the program or workshop.
No refunds will be considered in this circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice before any cancellation, money will be refunded if received 24 hours before the workshop.

Complaints Policy
All complaints are to be brought to the director’s attention for follow up and resolution
